Freedive Course FAQ: Worried about won't be able to hold your breath? What happen if i cannot finish the course requirement?

I'm worried I won't be able to hold my breath long enough for the course. Is that common?

This is one of the most common concerns new students have, and we completely understand! Let's address it in two parts:

  1. Relaxation is Key (Not Willpower!): Many beginners misunderstand breath-holding. It's not about sheer lung capacity or forcing yourself. The true secret is deep relaxation. That's why our courses include dedicated yoga/relaxation sessions. We teach you proven breath-hold techniques focused on calming your body and mind. You'll learn how to practice comfortably without struggle, unlocking your body's natural ability. After this session, most students are amazed at what they achieve and completely shift their mindset about their potential!

  2. The Requirements are Achievable: Take the AIDA 2 course as an example: the static breath-hold requirement is 2 minutes. With the relaxation techniques and step-by-step guidance we provide, 100% of our students comfortably meet this requirement and pass the course. You won't be struggling alone – we equip you with exactly what you need to succeed.

What if i cannot finish the course requirement? Can I keep trying?

A: Yes you can keep trying, for example, AIDA 2 course included 3 open water boat dives, and in case you unable to complete the course requirements, there is only $400 charge per extra boat dives coarching with us. but again 100% of our students are able to complete the course requirement within time, and all of them enjoy are boat dives and continue to do coaching with us afterward.
